Initiative
means to me to take control with out being asked.
I feel like I have taken so much more initiative this year than last year I feel like I know what is expected from me.
The ways I show Initiative is site schools is:
I make sure the kids are doing there work
when ever I see that there is pages that need to be in data folder I do it,
I try to not stand still
I make sure the kids don't fight
stand behind kids that are talking so they stop talking
if the teacher has to step out of the room for whatever reason you should take charge and keep the room under control.
Walk around the room and help the kids without having to be told to do so.
I take the kids who don't understand what's happening and help them

I took Initiative in my class when I walked in to
class and one of my students wasn't having a good day and wouldn't do her work
so I walked up to her and had a talk with her and got her to do her work
Initiative is important because it shows you can take
charge and lead a group, it is a good characteristic that every teacher
needs.
